The City of Brantford has launched a hybrid of in-person and virtual attendance for meetings. Article 18 in the City of Brantford’s Procedural By-law provides rules for Electronic Participation in Meetings.
Advisory Committees and Task Force meetings will not be streamed live. If you wish to watch the meeting live virtually you must register. Committees of the Whole, Standing Committees and Council meetings will be streamed live. Registration to view electronically is not necessary.
There is no requirement to register if you plan to attend the meeting in-person.
Delegations must register by 9:00 a.m. the day of the meeting or by 9:00 a.m. the day prior for Social Services Committee and Planning Committee.

Delegations must continue to register per the City of Brantford Procedural By-law when attending a meeting in person. Please visit Brantford.ca/delegateregistration to complete the delegation request form to participate in the meeting.

If you do not have internet access, please call 519-759-4150. If necessary, please leave a voicemail including your name, phone number and meeting date. A member of Staff will reach out to you to complete your registration to participate.
Members of the public are also able to provide their comments in writing or via email in advance of the meeting. Comments can be submitted by emailing clerks@brantford.ca anytime prior to the meeting or by mail to City Clerk, City of Brantford, 58 Dalhousie Street, P.O. Box 818, Brantford, ON N3T 5R7. Comments can also be placed in the drop box which is available at the front of City Hall. All comments received prior to the meeting will be provided to members of the body.
