The City of Brantford has launched hybrid meetings for Advisory Committees and Task Force meetings. Corporate Policy 050 – Electronic / Virtual Meeting Operation Procedures has been enacted to provide for rules of holding hybrid meetings at the City of Brantford. Advisory Committees and Task Force meetings will not be streamed live and you must register if you plan to attend the meeting virtually as a delegate or to watch the meeting live. There is no requirement to register if you plan to attend the meeting in-person.
How to register to participate (to speak to an item) as a delegation, in person:
Delegations must continue to register per the City of Brantford Procedural By-law when attending a meeting in-person. Please visit Brantford.ca/delegateregistration to complete the delegation request form to participate in the meeting.

If you need support registering, please call 519-759-4150. If necessary, please leave a voicemail including your name, phone number and meeting date. A member of Staff will reach out to you to complete your registration to attend and/or participate.
Members of the public are also able to provide their comments in writing or via email in advance of the meeting. Comments can be submitted by emailing clerks@brantford.ca any time prior to the meeting or by mail to City Clerk, City of Brantford, 58 Dalhousie Street, P.O. Box 818, Brantford, ON N3T 5R7. Comments can also be placed in the drop box which is available at the front of City Hall. All comments received prior to the meeting will be provided to members of the body.
