An application has been submitted to amend the City of Brantford Zoning By-law 160-90 at 73 Murray Avenue. The subject lands are currently designated Residential in the Official Plan and are zoned “Residential Medium Density Type B Exception 23 (R4B-23) Zone”. This application seeks to amend the zoning by adding a “General Office” use to facilitate the offices of a non- profit organization in an existing retail space on site. Currently “General Office” is not a permitted Use.
