Join us for a free program for ages walking to 6 years and their parent/caregiver.  Family Gym Time is a playful approach to being active with your child.  We will be exploring movement skills, running, jumping, throwing, catching, kicking, climbing, balancing and much much more.  Babies in strollers and carriers are welcome to attend.
