Join us on Fridays from 9:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. from January 20 to March 10.

T.B.Costain/SC Johnson Community Centre, located at 16 Morrell Street. Space is limited and registration is required.

Cost to participate over 8 sessions is $48 for Beckett members or $72 for non-members. Parking is available for free on-site.
