The City, in partnership with Service Canada is offering a YOUth sin card clinic for those aged 11 to 25 living in Brantford on Monday, December 5, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Woodman Park Community Centre, located at 491 Grey Street. Light Refreshments will be served.

Mandatory documents to bring with you include:

1. An original valid primary identity document that proves your identity and your legal status in Canada.

2.  An original valid secondary document to confirm your identity, such as a passport, driver's license or a provincial or territorial identification issued by a Canadian Government (federal, provincial or territorial).
